Refund policy
Exceptions / non-returnable items For all painted VHS tapes unfortunately, I have a no return policy, which means all sales are final upon checkout. Each piece is one of a kind and in order to insure the quality and integrity of each item, nothing is resold or has been in the possession of another client. Returns for printed postcards or other printed items are accepted if returned within 14 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee may be applicable.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at k8rivas@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event items were damaged during shipping, please contact me. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
